RETURN POLICY

You can either exchange the merchandise or return for a refund. All we ask is that you return the product in the condition that you received it, within 30 days. Do not remove the plastic wrapper from new bats, as we cannot accept any bat returns without the wrapper. 

All undergarments are non-returnable. 

Any Item with a 25% discount or more is non-returnable


WARRANTY POLICY

An original receipt is required by all manufacturers for warranty issues. Please retain your original invoice/order for this purpose.

BATS:

Please review the warranty card that comes with your new bat, as some manufacturers require that you to keep the 'hologram' or 'serial #' sticker, along with your proof of purchase.

All other bats purchased from Abbies Sports Shop with obvious defects may be returned to the store within the time limit specified on the warranty card.  The warranty covers breaking, cracking or denting from normal field usage.  Warranty does not cover bats that have been used in commercial batting cages.

Hitting metal cleats, rocks or anything other than a ball will void the warranty.  Paint chips and scratch marks will not be covered under the warranty due to rocks and other debris on the playing surface.  Abbies will not cover bats that have been abused, altered in any way, or mistreated.  

Abbies will not cover performance related issues under warranty. These will need to be dealt directly with the manufacturer at the consumer's expense.  

Maple and Ash Wood bats do not come with a warranty (unless specified).  Composite and Bamboo bats may have a warranty, please see the card attached to your bat. 

All warranty replacements are from the 'original' date of purchase (not the replacement date). Some are one-time replacement only, please check the card.
